The floors now look like it is brand new. At no additional cost he replaced a damaged stair unit. The fact that it is a family business helped created trust in my case. Very professional and easy to work with. Once I saw the quality of work, I am planning to use Rob for my deck as well. Thank you Rob and his crew.
